1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Telegram BAAS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. VIP Subscriptions and Proxies

Our proxy network and payment gateways (ShamCash, SyriatelCash) are provided "as-is". VIP plans are billed monthly. Usage of proxies for illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

3. Bot Ownership

You retain full ownership of the Telegram bots you create and manage through our platform. We simply provide the infrastructure (BAAS) to scale and monetize them.

4. Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
